Our team
Our strength lies in our individuality. Founded by Alton Guidry, the team strives to bring in the best talent from various fields.
Tiffani Mack is from Wichita Kansas. A USD259 graduate, Tiffani attended Pratt Community College, Newman University and Baker University; obtaining an Associates in Early Elementary Edu. Bachelor's in Elementary Edu., Bachelor's in Secondary Edu and Masters of Education in Building Leadership. Ms. Mack has 20 years of experience working with children as; Swim instructor, Teacher K-12 Regular and Special Education, AVID Coordinator, Women's Basketball at South High School and Butler Community College. Tiffani was also Co-Director of Hope Devotion, foster home for teen girls and since 2020, the Dean of Mack Academy Homeschool. "It is an amazing opportunity to fuse my experience in leadership, passion of foster care and love of teaching to help contribute to the success of students at Green Tree Education Center"

Alton Guidry
Director of Green Tree Education Center
Director Alton C. Guidry founded Green Tree Village to meet the needs of foster care youth who are having difficult times with adjusting to traditional education. Director Guidry spent 17 years in Education where he served in various roles. He is a proud graduate of Morgan City High School in Morgan City, Louisiana. After graduating from Morgan City High School, he went on to further his education at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1992. After graduating from Southwestern he went on to earn his bachelor's degree from Wichita State University in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in minority studies. Director Guidry decided to take the entrepreneur route and opened several businesses. It was with his business and education background he combined both skills to open Green Tree Educational Center and Virtual Educational Center. Green Tree Education and Virtual Education is looking to expand to Texas, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Green Tree Educational Centers welcome you to our site.

Shane Pinder
Information Technology (IT)
Shane Pinder is an information technology (IT) engineer, entrepreneur, and home care operator. Mr. Pinder migrated from the Caribbean where he studied CSM (Computer systems Management) at UB or formally known as college of The Bahamas. Graduated in 2015 with honors, he spend several years in education before venturing into home care and other businesses.
Carmen Ubom
Director of Transportation
Carmen Ubom was raised in Wichita, Kansas and attended USD 259 schools. A Wichita State University graduate, Carmen received her Bachelors of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature. A self proclaimed bookworm, Carmen enjoyed participating in various honors and leadership programs, including the McNair Scholars program which introduced her to Masters level research. Carmen worked in marketing for 16 years and more recently as an Amazon driver. “I am excited to contribute to a meaningful and purpose driven company like Green Tree Education Center. I am dedicated to ensuring that all students are transported with the utmost efficiency and safety.”
